Mobile Pour
Freestyle’s Contactless Pouring solution was created in March 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With tens of thousands of touchscreen dispensers standing idle in a newly contactless world, our team needed to think fast to keep pour volume up and our customers in business. The solution was a simple web application that allowed users to scan a QR code from the dispenser’s Home Screen, then select and pour their drink of choice from their mobile phone. The application was designed, developed, and deployed in less than 100 days. It resulted in +400MM PR impressions, including highlights from AdWeek, Business Insider & Yahoo Finance, and increased pour volume by 6% in its first week alone.

Accessibility
Led research study with the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) to design a module within Mobile Pour that assisted the visually impaired. Gained valuable insights on commonly used tools and worked closely with software to meet WCAG compliance standards to optimize screen reader functionality.
